Daniella Koren is the founder of Arches Health, a digital patient engagement platform for oncology patients. Koren's work revolves around pushing medical information to patients in a way that reduces administrative burden, increases patient satisfaction and knowledge, and reduces anxiety for patients and caregivers. Arches is a good example of the way the business imperative for streamlined operations and improved patient engagement tools now align with the simple idea that it helps patients and caregivers feel better about their experience during a traumatic time.
